I think one of the things that was mentioned by other Members in the House is the fact that there is a very important element in having a board and that it has to do with the arm's length operation, the distance between the department and boards. However well functioning that current board may be, the fact is that it is being run by the administrator and a Minister of this government. So, would the Minister not bring forward a proposal to see how this can be re-evaluated? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
