Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The reduction was a decision of the Chief Electoral Officer for attendance for two individuals to go to the annual conference of chief electoral officials, which was scheduled to be held in Newfoundland this year. The second one was for attendance of the Chief Electoral Officer at the annual meeting of the advisory board for the national register for Canada, of which the Chief Electoral Officer is a member of that board. It was felt that the professional development of the individuals who would attend this conference wouldn't suffer if they did not attend this year, and also because of the fact that this is an election year in the Northwest Territories, the attendance of those officials is required to be in the Territories, not travelling to Newfoundland. Thank you.
