Mr. Chairman, the $220,000 is made up from two areas: early childhood development, a reduction of financial contribution available to authorities targeted for purchased rehabilitation services. That's speech, language and occupational therapy. That amounts to $200,000. Then there were department-wide reductions in other O and M expenses, and that amounted to $20,000, making up to $220,000.
