Yes, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, through this memorandum of understanding with the Gwich'in and the Government of the Northwest Territories, we tried to estimate and tried to determine what is out there. According to the memorandum of understanding we are dealing with capital as well as operational maintenance. So it is both capital and operations and maintenance. We asked all the departments to come up with a list from their respective departments on the type of capital and operations and maintenance that we do out there in the Mackenzie Delta and the area. The list came back and that is the complete list that we have up to date which includes multi-year, as-and-when type of arrangements and every type of other arrangement we have out there.
