Just going back to the programs, part of the eligibility criteria for some of the programs they have is an applicant has to prove that they have earned at least 25 percent of their gross income from renewable resource harvesting for the period 12 months immediately prior to the incident. Mr. Speaker, I don't know of any caribou, muskrat or rabbit that is walking around in the forest with a price tag glued to its legs. I would like to ask the Minister how can someone prove their income if there is no price on these animals.
