Mr. Speaker, that concludes the final report of the Special Joint Committee on Non-Tax-Based Community Affairs, and I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Nunakput, that Committee Report 13-14(6) be received by the Assembly and moved to Committee of the Whole for consideration.
