I guess the issue right now -- as the Minister has said, there are some dynamics going on -- is communication by American officials who are making this decision with American hunters who have trips on the line and, of course, with our outfitters here in Canada and the Northwest Territories who have their livelihood on the line. I am wondering if the Minister can advise, just what are the communication steps that we have in place with those audiences? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
