Mr. Chairman, I move that this committee recommends that the Government of the Northwest Territories simplify the administration of prevention and development contribution funding, and ensure the communities are supported in the development and implementation of a sustained community-based effort to create lasting changes in the lives of community residents, and improve the wellbeing of the community.
