Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is for the Minister of Health and Social Services. Mr. Speaker, this House is well aware that the workers at the hospital in Hay River have been involved for quite some time now in trying to reach an agreement on their contract. In trying to reach an agreement, Mr. Speaker, a conciliator, Mr. Tom Hodges, was brought in and Mr. Hodges put in a report. His final report was made on September 8, 2003. The final point of the report is that all parties accept the recommendations by September 30, 2003. Is the Minister aware of this report, has he seen it and is he aware of the deadline?
