Yes, it does and the reason we were using 2002-03 numbers for travel is because we had to make sure we were all going from the same number and it was the year that we had complete data for, so that's why we used it as a base year and we were stuck with the old method of accounting for travel. As I have indicated, in future years it will be broken out so we won't have it lumped together in that regard.
