Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Maybe the federal government will recognize the small communities once they know where the pipeline is going to pass through, and they will start tagging on some of the initiatives that the federal government seems to not even blink when we mention the small communities in the Northwest Territories right down the valley. Once they know the seriousness we may get their attention in terms of some of these initiatives. We need to develop a comprehensive strategy in terms of dealing with the federal government in terms of some of the initiatives and some of the needs that we see that are just as valid as in Toronto, Edmonton or Vancouver. The federal government needs to somehow get the message that we're unique and we have a Mackenzie Valley pipeline route that's going to go through our communities. I think they need to pay attention. Again I will say it to the government and to the House here, that however you can get their attention, you have my full support. Sometimes you have to hit them right between the eyes to get their attention. That's just a comment on that, Mr. Chair.
