The 18 foreclosures that occurred were in the expanded down payment assistance program and that's a program where the corporation provides down payment support to the family and they carry their first mortgage with a lending institution, one of the banks. Of the 500 and some clients that we've served under that program, those 18 foreclosures were done by the banks, not by the Housing Corporation. It was people not making payments on their first mortgage to the bank. Thank you.
