Doesn't that also cover the socioeconomic impacts of this project, and how the companies plan on managing some of those things? Am I mistaken there? If what Mr. Roland is saying is we are preparing for the regulatory stuff, well isn't the social impact part of the regulatory questions that are going to be answered? Have I got that correct?
