At the end of the day, it's a bureaucratic nightmare, and the student still, after all their homework is done, owes $100,000. It is $3,000 minimum that you can get from the scholarship fund. What is the Minister or his department doing to help the students with repayable loans? That is the question I want to ask. Thank you.
