Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I don't know if you've noticed, but I noticed the fact that the Minister kind of slid into GNWT responsibility, but ended the sentence by blaming the whole game to the federal government, and this is what I don't want to hear anymore. Frankly, I don't think there has been enough done by this government to bend the ear of Mr. Dryden, who is not able to see beyond per capita formulas. That's just one little file. I want to know if the Minister has a day care strategy. Does he have any understanding of what programs are available in communities, what funding is available; does he have anybody on the ground looking at what the needs are and figuring out what to do?
