Can the Minister then inform me, in terms of these after-school initiatives or funding for these programs, how is it that the school programs or the communities can take advantage of them in terms of having access to them, and having these programs actually set up in the communities so we won't have to send our children away from home to institutions such as Territorial Treatment Centre or any type of facility in the Northwest Territories? Let's keep our children at home. Thank you.
