Thank you, Mr. Speaker. As I said in my response to Mrs. Groenewegen earlier, when we were in the business planning process this year, we looked at what the needs were and, recognizing that we thought at the time, since other jurisdictions were signing their deals with Canada, that we would see a significant amount of money coming from that program that we could benefit from. So we had thought that the money to be able to expand the programming would come through the early learning and childcare program that the federal government had offered. We didn't put that into our business plan for this year. In previous years yes, we had put money in the Early Childhood Program. We've added money and, in particular, the biggest pot was for the Language Nest Program. So we have added money to the program, but not in terms of benefits to operators. We were counting on ELCC federal funding to be able to do that.
