Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, would the Minister reconsider implementing this program in the communities where they may not be up to speed for handling of these types of products? Sometimes, they take a little longer than seven days, or a month, to get this program securely grounded in the communities to operate this. Would the Minister look at something in terms of reconsidering how this program gets implemented in communities that don't have a recycling facility? Thank you.
