I guess, if this is a request from the expert panel, I don't think we can wait. Can we, Mr. Minister? That's the question I have. Should we be going back to Revenue Canada and saying, "No, no more delays. We cannot tolerate it. We can't continue to put things together this way. We just can't put up with another delay." So should we take that message to the federal people right away? Is that an option for us, Mr. Chairman? Thank you.
