Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the Member is correct. The discussions we had leading up to or following on the decision not to reopen

the high school, there were a number of meetings held and I had made a number of comments and responses to questions and concerns that we would be going out to get the work done as soon as we could, to ensure we shorten the time line for the repairs. What we did do is, on the lateral issues that the high school faces, we sought out two proposals and reviewed them. One of them was a design build, and that was the proposal that was chosen. I had spoken with the acting deputy minister of the day and referenced the fact that there was a requirement that we would be going out to repair the piles next summer, and that would be through a tender process.
