Thank you, Madam Chair. I know the Minister has heard me in the House question the Sirius Diamonds loan guarantee at length last week and again this week. I'm not done with that issue either, Madam Chair, and I will be bringing that issue back before the House again before too long.

I had some questions on this and the first one I'd like to ask is, when the supplementary appropriation came before the House last year it was for $231,000, if I remember correctly. I'm wondering where FMBS got the other $2.7 million to cover off the $3 million loss that they had originally made known to this Assembly. Where did that other $2.7 million come from, Madam Chair?
