Thank you. The new BDIC legislation accommodates the ability for us to develop programs that speak to partnerships. It isn't so prescriptive that we can't do that. If you look at section 18 of this new legislation, the section on agreements, it indicates and allows us to...In this section, the corporation may enter into agreements with any department or agency of the GNWT, Government of Canada, government of a province or territory, any body or person, for the provision of services or a program that are consistent with the corporation's purpose to, on behalf of, or jointly with that department, agency, government body or person. We don't have that ability with the BCC, so it is very clearly laid out here. There is no doubt in our minds that, on passage of this legislation, we are now able to do that. If we were to go into and enter into those kinds of programs, we would be doing that without the express direction or ability under the current BCC legislation. Thank you.
