Thank you. I would agree, that's the model. This is about community empowerment. We make contributions to communities; they agree to provide these types of services. Different communities handle it in different ways; pay their economic development officers different amounts of money. It really is up to the community. We certainly would entertain a proposal. I would indicate that we don't have this money planned in the budget for the upcoming year, but we'd be more than willing to sit down and speak with the community about the best use of any future additional monies.
