Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The department would be pleased to consider an approach by someone from the region who wished to operate a bush camp. I must say though, that what we have had a lot of problem within the recent past is finding enough inmates who are interested in taking advantage of on-the-land programming. The inmate has to want that type of programming and has to agree to take that type of programming. He can't be forced to take it. So we have had a larger number of spaces than we have had people willing to use the space, Mr. Speaker.
