Mr. Speaker, a lot of our programs are aimed at helping people in the North with the high cost of living. Those include our housing initiatives, efforts we're making on hydro development, the lower cost form of energy, income support programs and there are many in the government, Mr. Speaker, that I would put into the category of helping keep down the cost of living.
