Thank you, Madam Chair. I hope the Member can appreciate that I'm not aware of the detail of staffing actions on an individual competition basis. I don't get involved in that level of detail, but I can assure the Member that I've told my deputy minister and my department that it is of utmost priority that we do what we can to as quickly as possible to staff these positions in the new MVPO. Keep in mind that we do absolutely need qualified people for the positions. Where there are northerners who are qualified, we will look to those people first and if we have to go outside the region, as we believe we probably will have to for some of the technical expertise required, then we'll do that, but only as a last resort. So if there's something that's been missed here, then I'll certainly follow that up with the department and if the Member outside of this forum wants to share the detail of this case with me, I'm more than happy to sit down with him and then refer that on to the deputy who can follow that up.
