I agree with the Minister. The point I am trying to make is in your infrastructure plan, you are listing some of them and you are attaching dollars on future years. If you are going to do that for some of these projects, for instance, Wrigley Territorial Park, Hay River Territorial Park, six years, $100,000, $100,000 and then $200,000 for Wrigley. You are listing in your acquisition plan those parks, but not the others. If you are going to do it for some, why don't you do it for all or else take them all out? Don't do half here and then half not on the books. That's the point I am trying to make, Mr. Chairman.
