No, Mr. Speaker, I don't believe we do. We do have an investment and economic analysis division in my department which does a lot of economic modelling and helps us understand the benefit of resources. But much of our aspirations obviously are hinged on devolution and control over lands and resources and when the resources start to flow, when the royalties start to flow from resources, I suspect we'll have a discussion at that point about how we best want to see the development of our resources.
