Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Chairman, our plans are to present the concept to the NWTAC annual general meeting in June of this year. We plan to have two rounds of consultation. The first round is intended to provide an overview of the new deal to the communities and give them an opportunity to ask questions and voice their concerns on issues. We'd be encouraging the communities to provide us with feedback on all kinds of things, including training and support and assistance required. The second round of consultations are intended to provide communities with more specific information on some of the financial arrangements and some more information on the process. So we have a number of years yet, still a couple of years, to have a lot of discussions and have some feedback and start planning around that. Our target is still 2008. We plan to do these two rounds of negotiations over the time between now and then.
