Thank you. I believe the act is as old as I am, I think someone had said. So that could be a couple of years old, and that's not for the record, by the way. Will that discussion paper identify timelines? Do we do it properly from start to finish, opening the whole act, or is it the intent to just look at the top three issues? Maybe if the Minister could just elaborate on what the intent of the discussion paper is. Is it a situation where we're going to look at addressing short-term versus long-term and open it up to a debate and then decide at that time? Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
