Thank you, Madam Speaker. I am wondering why residents in the Northwest Territories would not be offered the same types of services that they are in southern Canada and whose responsibility is that? Is that our government's responsibility, or is this something that we can go back to the federal government to try to find funds for so that residents here in the Northwest Territories are treated exactly the same as they would be in some of the other provinces?
