Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, two weeks ago I didn't hold the portfolio. Coming up to speed with what is happening, the commitments made, I intend to follow up on those. Ultimately, I work with Members in this area and, as I stated, working with the chairperson of Social Programs and the Social Programs committee on this issue to come up with a process that would address the issues that will make sure employees feel like they can put forward their suggestions or ideas and bring some conclusion to this area and try to create an environment where people feel safe, that they work in a safe environment and are being productive.
