Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the area of monitoring of home environment, again, is a case-by-case scenario. When a child and family services officer works with a case they take the necessary steps to ensure that the home is a safe environment to have the child returned to. Specifically for those families where addictions are involved, a number of things are taken. In most cases it is an agreement made between the child and family services staff member as well as the family members in coming up with a plan that would fit for reintegration.
