Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, at the present time the court is the only place where the testing can be ordered and that process is from time to time put in place. As I stated earlier, for our side when we become involved as a family, we look at a number of initiatives, come up with a plan that works for the child as well as the family, and follow that through to the family being reunited.
