Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, in the area of recruitment and retention it has been a problem that we have been faced with for quite a few years, as well as other jurisdictions across Canada. We have worked with the Department of Human Resources and come up with a plan where they have brought people together, worked with our department in coming up with a recruitment team that deals specifically with attracting those in the nursing field as well as the other allied health services.
