Mr. Speaker, number one is to look at what resources we have available, what avenues we can use, when do we come in contact with potential employees out there and how do we attract them to the Northwest Territories. As well as provide information, as the Member has stated, through a number of avenues and media to inform those who are coming through our system or becoming aware of our situation in the Northwest Territories and may have interest, as well as what we've done internally within the Government of the Northwest Territories, and that is, for example, the guarantee offered to students from our Nurse Graduate Program as well as our Social Services Program, in that area to ensure that we can keep those
