Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the couple of questions there, the area of work that we have for our bursary program covers a number of areas to keep health professionals in the Northwest Territories or to attract those here as well. I believe we have that for the nursing field as well as for the physicians. In the area of the past system we had of bonuses, that was implemented for a short term. I do not believe that's in place today and it's something that we thought initially would attract people here and as well reward those for staying on in the Northwest Territories.
