Mahsi, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, in 2001 an Alberta TB expert, Dr. Anne Fanning, issued a 26-point plan to improve treatment of TB in the Northwest Territories. As I said in my Member's statement, the Department of Health said they would bring down TB to a national level by 2005, Mr. Speaker. However, the department's halfway to their target and have now pushed the deadline back to 2010. Can the Minister of Health and Social Services tell me why this is? Mahsi.
