review of the programs we have, an initial assessment of what is and what isn't working, what resources we would need and hopefully be able to have some things that we can share with Members on some of the priority issues we have to take on and what some possible programs might be. But, Mr. Speaker, I am not sure I can commit today that we will have a full-blown program ready by February, but we will do everything we can, assess what we have, identify the main issues we want to tackle and some program areas we could take on.
