Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I think maybe the Premier is not quite understanding what I'm trying to get at here. What I'm trying to get at is I think the Government of the Northwest Territories let down 70 percent of the people. We've seen resource development here in the city of Yellowknife and the impact it's had on our community. The city of Yellowknife got nothing. By the sound of it, our government is content to allow the city of Yellowknife to get nothing again, Mr. Speaker, and I don't agree with this. I'd like to ask the Premier -- this is my final question -- why no public discussion or debate of the Government of the Northwest Territories' responsibility to all its residents took place. Why didn't it happen? Why weren't we able to discuss and debate this? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
