Thank you, Madam Chair. I'm going to speak specifically in regard to the ASEP program. I know that is going on in Inuvik and there's been a lot of activity going on in terms of training in the Arctic for the so-called pipeline, I guess. So I'm just wondering, how does one access these kind of funds in terms of proposals for the college out of Arctic College in Inuvik? Thank you.
