Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I can't point to a specific program that provides base funding or core funding for organizations. In those instances where we've got an organization that is providing a service to the region, it's always useful to sit down with the regional superintendent and discuss what possibilities there might be for support in various ways. The Member is right; it often takes a good executive director or somebody with some application ready skills to get some of this money, but it helps, too, to work with the people in the department who can help point you in the right direction.
