Thank you, Madam Chair. I just have a short question on the other expenses under $3 million. I see that almost all items there is less than what was budgeted, or what were the actuals for 2004-05, except for the fees and payments that is going up for $500,000. I'm just looking for confirmation even as to whether this is an exercise in part of the 10 percent or one percent cut I think that all departments had to go through, because this is going to be a pretty conservative budget. Travel is going to be less than last year. Everything is going to go down except for the contract services. Yes, I mean it's comparable to last year, but I just want to know what explains the cuts there. Thank you.
