Madam Chair, our program is operated on an application basis and we normally like to have our applications fairly early in the fiscal year and a response is given quite quickly. We have a very high number of communities subscribing to this program, so it usually is something that the budget is all used up in most cases, most years. But the turnaround is fairly quick.
