Thank you, Madam Chair. When you are dealing with an entity like the BDIC, it could just be reported a little bit better because when I look at the budget as it's presented, immediately you can take off 40 percent of the projected budget for other expenses and compensation and benefits. That eats up 40 percent right off the top. I think it's important that we try to...and I know the Minister and his department work towards the one-window approach and trying to get this business program review underway. How comprehensive is this review? I know it was started a number of months back, maybe even a year ago, if I'm not mistaken. When is it going to be completed and when will we know the future of the programming available to businesses here in the Northwest Territories? Thank you.
