Thank you, Mr. Chair. Mr. Chair, the Power Support Program or subsidy program in place in a sense offsets some of that impact, but we don't, through this program, affect the price of fuel or the price of fuel to deliver to the Power Corporation for example because that is what affects the rates to individuals. This is just lowering the cost of living, at least for the first 700 kilowatt hours, of individuals outside of Yellowknife to match that of what Yellowknife residents would pay. In a sense, it would impact on the cost of living side, but it would be no direct impact on the cost of fuel in communities. Thank you.
