Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I guess we should, first of all, be very clear that we expect that the federal government should take responsibility for the grants-in-lieu. This has been an issue for some time, as the Member is aware. As one of the first steps we had to do in this whole process is to establish the tenure of the land. We have, as of late, established a reserve by what is called a reserve by notation for the entire parcel of the previously leased land to Giant Mine in the name of INAC. This, as per federal legislation, requires them to pay the taxes. We have informed the city that they should forward their invoices to INAC. We expect the federal government to own up to the fact that they are responsible for it.
