Mr. Speaker, in my Member's statement today I spoke about the troubles that the Tlicho speakers have with translation services and the medical travel and escort policies that are currently in place. As a colleague of mine, the Sahtu Member, he pointed out the need for better services at the local level, the medical services in the communities. So I would like to ask a question to the Minister, if he can tell me, what are the conditions that determines whether a person requires a medical escort to go to either Yellowknife or Edmonton?
