Mr. Chairman, I will admit that we haven't done a detailed assessment of that, but I am thinking that if we were going to move to a similar vehicle or mechanism, we would probably have to change our legislation to enable us to do that. So it's not something we've contemplated. We are not considering vetting the candidates in the way that the federal government has done and I find it interesting. We are certainly paying attention to see how it works, but not something we have contemplated at this point.
