Mr. Chair, I think that is the judicial directive at this point. Of course, they can insist that is how they are going to run their courtrooms. This law, I think, brings some clarity to some of those issues. We acknowledge that it is different across jurisdictions. We want to make sure that the intent here is to make sure that there aren't published pictures or airing of live recordings of witnesses that might not be respectful to their need for privacy. We wouldn't think in a case may not be in the interest of freedom of the press. So, Mr. Chairman, there is a need to strike a balance. We recognize that. It's our intent here to make sure that when necessary, the court security have the ability to restrict things like cameras and tape recorders in certain parts of the court premises.
